Couponing 101: Where To Find Coupons?

The first step to couponing, is knowing where to get coupons. As a couponer, your going to want to get several of the same insert so that you are able to stock up on the same item during whatever sale is going on that week. If you’d like to know where to get coupons, then keep on reading.

In the Sunday newspaper-

You will find Sunday coupon inserts in your Sunday newspaper. In my area they run $2 a paper but some areas you can find Sunday newspapers at dollar stores for $1.

What you will find in the newspaper are:

  • SmartSource (SS)
  • Redplum (RP)
  • Proctor & Gamble (PG)

On the internet-

there are websites that offer free coupons you can print off. Here are a few sites that offer this:

Ecoupons-

Ecoupons are coupons you can load on to your loyalty store card. Here are some stores that offer ecoupons:

  • Kroger
  • Dollar General
  • Target
  • Fredmeyers
  • Family Dollar
  • Walgreens
  • CVS
  • Riteaid

In store:

When your in the store be sure to watch out for coupons that are by certain products and coupons that spit out when you purchase something, such as:

  • Blinkies
  • Tearpads
  • Peelies
  • Hangtags
  • Catalina coupons

Magazines:

Some magazines will come with coupons inside them. So make sure you go through your magazines before you trash them.

The Coupon Clippers

Coupon Clippers:

Coupon clippers are people that offer a service to cut the coupons out for you or send you whole inserts. I recommend finding someone or a business that you can order coupons or whole inserts from so you don’t waste your money on getting newspapers that are missing coupon inserts. ETS: Excludes travel size.
